How to Grow a Business and Be Successful

Entrepreneurship is one of the most rewarding and HARDEST things you will ever do.

I quit my job back in 2016 to go full time online as a Registered Dietitian and it was a MAJOR struggle at first.

The first year I doubted myself, thought about quitting multiple times, and was very stressed out.

But, I was able to stick with my dreams and make the company successful.

Then, I went out in 2020 and started The Stephan Group which is a real estate investment company.

Guess what? The first year was a STRUGGLE.

On my first 3 property inspections I LOST money.

But again, I stuck with it and now that business controls over $12 million in real estate and it’s still growing!

I’m not saying this to impress you, but instead to impress upon you that STARTING A BUSINESS IS HARD.

The Secret Habits That Help You Grow a Business

In my new episode of the Tony Stephan Show I share the attitudes, efforts, and beliefs required to succeed as an entrepreneur.

I discuss topics like:

  • Delayed gratification.
  • Work life MIX not balance.
  • Calculated risks.
  • Time management.
  • How to be financially literate in your business.
  • How to reinvest profits to grow your business.

And more.

I see WAY too many people QUIT their job and expect to be a millionaire overnight in business.

Then, they get frustrated after a few WEEKS of effort and not seeing results.

Most people QUIT right before they strike gold!

I want you to win, that’s why I shot this episode.
