The book I’m reading
This week I have a different answer for you. Since I turn 32 on Sunday, I’ve been reading old journals. I really enjoy this practice. If you know me, I am a HUGE proponent of journaling especially for entrepreneurs. It allows you to objectively review your progressions and celebrate how far you’ve come.
It’s crazy that in 2016 I felt trapped working a job as a Registered Dietitian. Now, I live the life of my dreams with financial freedom and passive income.

Real estate update
So much! To put it simply, we aren’t slowing down anytime soon.
Our 7 unit apartment is getting ready to refinance soon with what should be a MULTIPLE 6 figure profit…I’ll document this on my YouTube channel so be sure to follow along there. I’m hoping to have this done before 2023.
I won’t spend a penny of that profit either…I’ll just use it to buy more apartments 🙂
OK, maybe I’ll buy Bear and Moose a toy, then buy another apartment lol.
We have a 12 unit under contract that we are doing our inspection on today – should be a great value add play.
And Bedros and I are partnering on acquiring a 33 unit. We are still negotiating the purchase agreement on that one.
