Crushing it in Apartments and Commercial Real Estate by Bryan Murray

This is a great book as an overall introduction to apartment investing. Even with experience there are lots of sage wisdom within this book, and not just investing but life in general. Murray shares the secrets to his success through straightforward, actionable advice that will help you get started no matter what your experience level, or how much cash you have on hand. I can’t get enough!

Real Estate Update

Officially closing in on the 16 unit apartment tomorrow I’ve been talking about. Super excited!! Everything is approved, just literally have to show up tomorrow and sign the papers. My team, Lauren, Jeff, Stewart, and myself have a property takeover plan that’s being implemented this week. Putting a lot of money in the property to make it great so the value continues to increase over time. Am I still buying real estate after this purchase? YES! Even as rates continue to rise, the goal is to buy at least 1-2 more apartments properties before the year is up. My wife and I have a goal of 100 units, and we will reach it!
